Cal Mode… There was a lot of talk about Founder Mode this week, which refers to the idea that founders should be given more freedom to run their businesses. We believe there should be a specific "Cal Mode," especially after seeing companies founded by Berkeley alumni raise $715M in just one week.
This includes the $400M acquisition of Airbase by Paylocity. Congratulations to Thejo and the team at Airbase!
